Start losing the fat today with just a few changes to your daily routine. Keep these tips in mind:

Thirst can masquerade as hunger, which is one reason dieters should stay hydrated. Now German researchers have found another reason: water fuels your body's fat burners. For 90 minutes after drinking 475ml of chilled H2O, adults saw their metabolism rise by 24 per cent over their average rates. Eight 8-ounce glasses amount to about two quarts of water.

This is okay for the average person, but if you're overweight, you should drink another eight ounces for every 25 pounds of excess weight you carry. You should also up this if you live in a hot climate or exercise very intensely.

Exercise for an hour in the morning and evening. It's a fact that you will lose more fat and keep it off if you incorporate some exercise into your daily routine. Use quality weight loss products. The bonus is how much better you will feel!
